Browsing and saved plans

You can use public discovery without an account. Favorites, plans, and preferences are stored in this browser. If you create an account, they can be stored with your account and synchronized across devices. Clearing browser storage removes guest saves.

Account and submission data

Accounts store your name, email, password hash, sessions, preferences, and saved activities. Business profiles, activity submissions, ownership evidence, support messages, and uploaded images are stored so editors can provide the service and review changes. We do not receive payment card details or take payments in this initial release.

Location and outside services

Address searches are processed by Azure Maps. Applying a radius search stores the chosen center label and coordinates in your preferences; use Reset area and Apply area in the location picker to clear them. Browser location access is optional and requested only when you choose Use my location. Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap, and fonts may load from Google Fonts. These providers receive connection information such as your IP address. Booking links lead to external websites with their own policies.

Hosting, security, and retention

Microsoft Azure hosts the application, database, image storage, and transactional email service. Necessary cookies support sign-in and security. Operational logs may contain connection and error information. We use access controls and encrypted connections. Account records are kept while the account is in use; backups and limited records needed for security or disputes may remain after a deletion request.

Your choices

You can browse without signing in, refuse location access, change preferences, clear guest browser data, export account data, or request account deletion. We verify requests before changing another person’s records. The service is not intended for children to create accounts; parents and guardians can use family listings.

Use the privacy contact form to request access, corrections, deletion, or information about your data. We do not sell personal data.
