River time at Providence Metropark

Start at Providence Metropark’s Dam Area for a riverside walk or a picnic near the Maumee River. Explore the park’s trails at your own pace and check the operator’s map and notices before heading out. Park admission is free; canal boat programs and shelter rentals are separate and may have a fee. The Historic Area and Canal Experience use a different entrance at 13205 S. River Road.
