Move to Latin-inspired cardio dance with Elaina Hernandez. This inclusive session welcomes adults and teens and adapts activities for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities and their support people. Participate in a way that feels comfortable. Support people should register if participating. Music, movement and mixed natural/artificial lighting are part of the session.
